Oxidant-milk 3% was created specifically for working with BRONSUN eyebrow and eyelash dye from Innovator Cosmetics.
It has an optimal consistency (milk), which allows you to carry out the staining procedure efficiently and quickly.

Application:
Mix Bronsun paint with this oxide in a ratio of 1:1 to a uniform texture. Apply the resulting mixture to pre-prepared eyebrows or eyelashes. Wait 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water and blot any remaining moisture with a tissue.
