Oxide 3% for activation of coloring elements of LeviSsime dye. Does not harm skin and hair. Cream emulsion is used economically and is very easy to dilute with paint, and the resulting mixture does not flow or smear. The volume of the bottle is enough for up to 250 procedures.

Application:
Mix LeviSsime paint with this oxide in a 1:1 ratio until a uniform texture is achieved. Apply the resulting mixture to previously prepared eyebrows or eyelashes. Wait 15 minutes, then rinse the mixture thoroughly with water and blot the remaining moisture with a napkin.
